Wandering to Rewire
Sedona: Monday - May 5, 2025
F.A.Q.
-
The ONLY commitment is that you want to be IN Sedona the morning of May 5th. So, you’ll want to plan on arriving sometime on Sunday the 4th.
-
100% of the $300 fee goes to the spiritual guide. The deposit secures your spot and reserves their time.

NO. The idea is that this trip is for you. My only involvement in your pilgrimage is first the invitation to do this for yourself. Then arranging a spiritual and meditative experience on Monday. The itinerary is entirely up to you. You’ll make these plans based on the time you have available to be on the road, or what you find important to experience. Also, I want to clarify that 100% of the cost of this goes towards your spiritual guide. I’m not receiving anything. I’m just helping to organize the guide on your behalf.

It means that you can take a weeklong road trip that starts in Sedona or ends there. You could fly in and fly out. You can camp or RV or you could stay in a hotel or Airbnb. The only thing that I’m arranging is the events on Monday. I’ve updated the site to spell that out a little better for you.

Well, if time is an issue for you and you’re flying in, you’ll probably want to fly into flagstaff and rent a car to drive to Sedona. It’s about an hour and half drive. If this is the best option for you, then you’ll want to book a hotel or Airbnb or something.
If you’re actually embarking on a road trip, which is what I suggest, then the drive straight through from OKC is about 12 hours. Which is like a driving to Houston or Galveston. If this is your plan, you’ll want to begin to map out your road trip. Driving straight there and back is pretty obvious. If you’re making some days of it, you’ll want to start planning where you’d want to stop and experience. You will also want to secure RV spots before you leave. If you plan to camp and off grid, keep in mind that a lot of national parks and campgrounds require a pre-booked reservation. So do some research to make this as seamless as possible.
-
That’s entirely up to you. Are you seeing the theme here? I don’t have any recommendations other than you want to try to make the most of your time away. If you have time, stop and see all that you can. There’s also tons of beauty in and around Sedona if you just want to make Sedona your homebase.
-
Remember, this is your journey. This is for you. But, as an example, this is what my pilgrimage looked like. I left OKC early and drove to Sante Fe. I spent half a day there, stayed the night and the next morning I drove to Sedona. I spent a couple nights there and then I drove to Moab. I had my experiences there and then I drove through Pagosa Springs and stopped one more time in Sante Fe on the way home. That made my final drive home about 8 hours when I left Sante Fe. On my journey I only ate what I brought with me to cook. I felt like it was a peaceful thing to finish each night grilling my own meal and sitting under the stars.
